Hello old friend. It has been a while I know. I am sorry. I am so stressed. My wife came to the war today. She said she came because of my letters. Letters I did not write. I can't tell her I did not write them, because I am afraid she would leave me. I would just die if she left me. Now my love tells me she wishes I was ugly. If she only knew. Her cousin,Cyrano, wrote the letters to her for me, because I am as dumb as a fencepost! He said that my looks and his wit put together would help us. I can not believe my lovely Roxane would wish of me to be anything, but me. I feel so angry! I want Cyrano to tell her the truth. He is supposed to be telling her now, but we are under attack and I am so hurt by Roxane that I am going out into the front of the battle. I know I should be scared, but I am to hurt and mad to be scared.
